It is a provincial piece of furniture in the Louis Philippe style with turned spindles, legs with ring turns and a woven seat, which is also typical of the French country style, although it is not often found in two colours.
The chair has a sober appearance but is at the same time elegant with its traditional details.
It is in sturdy condition.
The seat is intact, but does have some faded colours in places.
We have deliberately left the beech wood in its authentic natural state, as you can see with the old holes from (treated) woodworm.
The seller assumes all responsibility for this listing.
