Pamono Biedermeier Secretaire with Brass Handles, 1845 Discount

Antique cabinet secretary from the Biedermeier period around 1845.
Body in cherry wood, parts of the front and the cornice veneered in walnut. Brass handles and fittings in the shape of a coat of arms.

The secretary can be disassembled into three parts for transport.

At the bottom is the three-drawer chest-like base. On top of this is the secretary section with a sloping flap. At the very top is the two-door top.

The interior consists of four drawers on the right side and a door in drawer look on the left side.
In the middle is an open compartment with a drawer on top. If you pull the drawer all the way out, a secret drawer opens behind it on the right.

The secretary part is veneered at the top, so that the piece of furniture can also be set up without the display cabinet attachment, as shown in the photos.

Old restored condition. All keys are present, the drawers run cleanly and smoothly, the surface has been refurbished. There is a small chip on the moulding of the lower left part of the top. This is clearly visible in one of the photos.
